Chat Definition: Single user interaction generating one bot response
Voice Chats: utilize twice the number of credits than text chats.
Monthly Reset: Limits reset first day of each month. Unused chats do not rollover.
Data & Compliance:

Our AI chatbot platform does not store or process Protected Health Information (PHI). Healthcare providers who opt for EMR and/or Scheduling Integrations are solely responsible for storage of PHI and must configure their systems to store all patient data within their own HIPAA-compliant systems. Payment Terms:
Setup fees: 50% due upon contract signing and 50% due at launch
Monthly subscriptions: Billed monthly in advance
Add-on services: Due within 30 days of completion
Annual plans: Full payment due upon signing (with discount applied)
