Chat Usage Guidelines:

  • Chat Definition: Single user interaction generating one bot response

  • Voice Chats: utilize twice the number of credits than text chats.

  • Monthly Reset: Limits reset first day of each month. Unused chats do not rollover.

Data & Compliance:

  • Our chatbots are built to comply with HIPAA.

  • Our AI chatbot platform does not store or process Protected Health Information (PHI). Healthcare providers who opt for EMR and/or Scheduling Integrations are solely responsible for storage of PHI and must configure their systems to store all patient data within their own HIPAA-compliant systems.   • Regular security updates and backups included.

  • 99.9% uptime guarantee for chatbot performance not associated with website or social media availability.

  • TheraAI Solutions utilizes a Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) framework for proprietary knowledge.

Payment Terms:

  • Setup fees: 50% due upon contract signing and 50% due at launch

  • Monthly subscriptions: Billed monthly in advance

  • Add-on services: Due within 30 days of completion

  • Annual plans: Full payment due upon signing (with discount applied)
