Voice Chats: utilize twice the number of credits than text chats.
Monthly Reset: Limits reset first day of each month. Unused chats do not rollover.

Our AI chatbot platform does not store or process Protected Health Information (PHI). Healthcare providers who opt for EMR and/or Scheduling Integrations are solely responsible for HIPAA compliance and must configure their systems to store all patient data within their own HIPAA-compliant systems.
